We booked afternoon tea here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Matthew looked after us during our stay and was very accommodating and is a credit to the hotel. We would highly recommend booking afternoon tea at the hotel.

I went it after ringing a few places and I can't fault the service one bit. The lady who served was very polite and friendly. She immediately understood the problem with the door lock I bought and mentioned they could repair the locking mechanism without the need of spending any extra on whole lock piece. Within 10 mins it was done and saved me easily £100. I would definitely recommend and go again

Attended the comedy night for the first time last weekend.
The venue itself is very charming.
The fine people working there created a warm and inviting atmosphere.
All the acts were outstanding.

Had a lovely time to celebrate the birth of a new baby
Food and service excellent. Especially The Drop Inn. Great atmosphere in Hotel main bar. Rooms lovely
We had car with us so location wasn't a problem.
