Had a fabulous summer spa day with 2 of my friends today. The staff were so attentive and polite, the pool and spa were lovely before our treatments in the beauty rooms. Maria was my therapist and she was amazing. My shoulders were in knots and she has magic hands and released all the tension. The facial was amazing too. After a delicious lunch, we went in the thermal pool to chill out and then had a couple of drinks in the bar.we were made to feel very special throughout our day, an absolute treat and can't wait to come back.thank you all so much x

Lovely hotel, spa and restaurant! Having got married the day before we arrived here, I notified last drop beforehand and we were greeted with a lovely exec room and a little congrats gift in our room - thank you! Will be back again for sure!

Great service from staff throughout the hotel and Spa. Always done with a smile and a welcoming manner whichever part of the hotel that you were in. Well done in this day and age (August 2021) when so may organisations seem to struggle with what the concept of customer service means.

Attended a wedding here and it was excellent. All food was served piping hot to all the guests. All 3 courses were delicious. Wedding was well organised and all had a lovely day. There is lots of parking both at the spa and the main hotel at the front and a large car park at the rear for events. Drinks are very expensive though

Recently been here just for a little getaway and I'm not one for hotels, very rare I go but went and can honestly say one of the nicest. The environment is very soft and friendly, staff help all questions and polite talking, only criticism is there needs to be more sugar in the rooms but apart from that, amazing definitely worth it

Excellent venue in a picturesque setting. My granddaughters wedding was wonderfully managed without any fussing about in the background, in fact you didn't notice any of the staff going about there business but everything was done quietly and efficiently.
The meal was beautifully done and full of flavour, could 'nt fault it ,again everything done quietly and efficiently.
A lovely day made even better by tentative staff.

My family and myself stayed over after a wedding, the room was lovely, more than enough towels for a family of 4, the beds were great comfy and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and with a constant flow of fresh coffee and toast.. We didn't have chance to use the spa facilities but gives us another reason to go back.. Staff were very helpful and polite.. Thank you

Visited with the besties for Festive Afternoon Tea, gorgeous hotel just a shame it feels like it's in the middle of a posh housing estate.
The food and service were excellent it wasn't super busy which during the Covid cases increase made us feel easier.

Beautiful place. Stayed Sunday and Monday for husbands 50th and had amazing time. Spa area is lush and thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Breakfast and evening meal were 1st class but drinks a little expensive. The little village is picturesque and enjoyed lovely little walk round.
Only downside was most shops not open and The Drop Inn only open weekends so limited you restaurant and bar food.

Just returned from a great weekend. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Food and service was excellent. Room spotless and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the treatments we had. Kamran who works on reception in the spa was incredibly helpful. I have limited mobility and he was very helpful and thoughtful helping me both days. Can't wait to return. Thanks to all the staff for a great weekend!
