Well appointed hotel/spa - a comfortable relaxing experience
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, esp. the 'Maitre de' Relaxing spacious lounge and bar area, ample car parking
Heck of a long corridor journey to our outlier of a room. Significant patch of flooded carpet just outside the en suite bathroom which had gone unnoticed and unrectified.

A well deserved break
The room was spacious enough and peaceful, the location is excellent with everything you need accessible.
The breakfast was just warm and abit stale but this was understandable due to it being quiet and not wanting to waste food

Attended Bolton, lads and Girls Club for a night of wrestling with Bolton Town Wrestling.
Facilities were perfect for wrestling, nice big sports hall.
A small bar serving drinks and food throughout the event.
Parking was ok. A couple of carparks close by.
Clean toilets, always a plus.
Staff was nice, helpful and polite.
The BTW wrestling itself was awesome and provided a night of not to be missed family-friendly action with some of the best wrestlers currently on the British Wrestling scene.

That the view from the Spa has gone, the parkland I remembered from a few years ago is replaced by houses!

Great room and lots of space. We like that there were two armchairs when so many hotels only have one. The shower was fantastic as was the whole bathroom.
We liked the little touches like the chocolates.
My only gripe is the milk in single use plastic tubs. Other than that we had a great stay. Sadly we didn’t have time to envoy the spa.

Brilliant atmosphere tonight. Don't stop Queen now. Took my 8 yr old great niece. She loved every minute of it. Up dancing and smiling.
