Freddie tribute night, good night over all the performer was brilliant food was good wasn't overly busy just the right amount of people bar wasn't crowded. Good night had by all.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We did have a problem which was sorted without an issue.
Although prices haven't increased since visiting last time, you now get less for your money, breakfast wasn't included in the price I paid last time. It was available at an extra cost. check-in time is different on booking.com (3pm) hotel 2pm. Didn't realise this and booked the spa suit at 3.30pm, this could have been booked earlier if realised sooner. I did call to reschedule, all fully booked.

Enjoyed our stay,the only let down was the staff are not very friendly especially the lady who struggles with a lisp by
Property is lovely and the rooms still contain baths which is an issue at a lot of places now.
