Sam proved to be an excellent communicator and gave me the full low down on my vehicle options even explaining how the tow bar needed to be installed to ensure warranties were not invalidated and electric coding was correctly updated. I had immediate confidence in Bolt-On Towing. Roy proved to be an outstanding, diligent, industrious, and knowledgeable technician. He even helped me with some other things that I was addressing on my vehicle. Any question I asked was enthusiastically answered and I was even shown the coding process. Roy was really easy to get on with and I am already planning ahead for some upgrades on a camera mirror to be fitted by Roy. Been coming to this gym regularly for a few years now. I’ve tried other gyms in Bolton (some of the ‘expensive’ ones) but I haven’t ever as good of an experience as I have at the gym group. The equipment is all up to date, there is plenty of each machine to use even in peak times. The staff are so lovely & friendly, always willing to help. There is a friendly dynamic in the gym and I always feel comfortable going.
A super big thank you to PT Ayesha who has been an amazing support and pushed me out of my comfort zone in the gym. Would 100% recommend her as a female PT for any ladies. She really is the best.
