I've been coming to this gym for nearly a year now. I've driven past it many times with working not far away but always been really self conscious about going. Worried ill be judged, stared at and all the rest. With a group of friends I joined ans started coming regularly with them. I then got the confidence to come on my own and being doing so ever since.
I love it now and never ever thought id say that. The PTs are lovely and friendly. The gym has all the amenities you need and the monthly plans are great and flexible.

Honestly, the staff is what makes it. They’re super friendly and actually seem happy to be there. It’s not that awkward, cold vibe you get at some big chains; they’re just genuine people who make you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. You can tell they didn’t cheap out on the equipment. Everything is high-quality and feels solid—no squeaky cables or worn-out benches here. Matt Lock is a staff member at the gym very helpful guy always has a smile on his face

Love body conditioning classes. Sam is amazing! Always helpful. When she notices that someone struggles with the exercise she is there to show again personally the techique. Today will be my first class with Julia. So can't say anything as yet.
