Can’t recommend any higher. Came out to us after we had had to ring around when our towing unit failed, unbeknownst to us it was a blown fuse. We had 2 kids two dogs and a double axle caravan on the car that had no functioning lights. We spoke to Roy’s wife on the phone she was kind, caring and compassionate making sure we were all safe and fine. They said they would make it their mission to get us on holiday. We spoke to Roy, he turned up, checked everything out thoroughly and fixed the problem. You can’t buy his level of knowledge these days and he did it all after hours with a smile on his face. We are now on the road to Southport to enjoy some of the last days of the school holidays! Thank you so much.

I first started my driving lessons back in 2020 with a different instructor, I didn't enjoy the experience, had little confidence and failed my test. Thankfully, I found Graham in April 2025 - he's helped me massively and thanks to him I passed in August at first attempt. He helped me with confidence on the road, especially with taking right turns, which was my biggest problem. English is my second language but Graham explained everything in simple terms. Very professional, very kind, and he always makes stress go away with a joke. And yes – you will also get some mints for better concentration. Thank you Graham!

We got there in the end with our sale and purchase but it was stressful to say the least.
Whenever we asked a question, the answer was vague. We were still required to provide documents right up to the day before completion to allow us to exchange but were not aware of these prior. The only urgency seemed to happen in the last couple of days.
I don’t have any experience of any other solicitors unfortunately, but there appeared to be a lack of communication between all three involved in our chain - buyers claiming they had sent something to ADK, ADK stating they had sent it, and our sellers solicitor being slow to send anything.
Overall, it’s an experience I don’t want to repeat, just glad I’ve got my keys now.

I was recommended to ADK by a friend, from my initial request, Adk (Lorna) have dealt with the process fantastically. Yes we had a few issues but that was down to the 3rd party solicitors. Anytime I had a question about the purchase of the house, I was kept updated as to where everything was.
