Great atmosphere around the site and excellent breakfasts. There can be a very faint whiff of dog in pet friendly rooms. Next time we will specify a non pet room.

But a very pleasant stay for 2 nights whilst visiting mother-in-law. Will definitely be back.

Superb 2 nights stay ahead of the ACT Pantomime awards . Having stayed only one night last year I decided this year to stay for 2 nights for a mini break .

Having arrived late on the Friday we all headed straight in for food . Superb food and portion sizes in the last drop village pub area .

We kept running out of certain beers in the fridges but shout out to Megan on the bar who kept refilling them from the cellar for us .

Night one went on well into the evening - it was great to listen to local music in the bar whilst having a great catch up with everyone .

Day 2 started with a continental breakfast as well as a cooked breakfast .
Couldn't fault it at all . Piping hot and fresh coffee . The manager serving breakfast was very efficient .

After a few beers it was time for a quick snack before getting ready for the act awards .
Pizza ordered from the hotel bar was fresh and delicious . Very much enjoyed .

Then it was soon time for the ACT awards . A stunning venue for the evening .
Three course meal was excellent fresh and full of flavour . Washed down with a few beers of course .

Again the night went on late and it was a superb evening .

The Sunday morning we all met for breakfast where staff found us a couple of big tables so the majority of us could sit together . Breakfast was hot and fresh .

Checkout by 11am was all sorted and then it was a quick coffee and then back on the road .

A superb weekend and look forward to going again soon

We had our wedding at The Last Drop on 14/06/25. What a day. Jacqui and Mia were absolutely unbelievable. Jacqui supported us all the way through our organising of the wedding, right through to the day. Mia then looked after us for the rest of the day. What a pair. I would 1000% recommend the Last Drop, the food was amazing, rooms were great, service from EVERYONE that we encountered was fantastic and I genuinely wish we could do it all again. Thank you to every single one of you, you’re great at what you do!!

One of my favourite hotels in Europe. Quaint little village….lovely rooms…great food… the service provided by both Brooke and Ian in the bar was first class. However the experience I had on reception this time was disappointing as the lack of interest showed by the man on reception during check in left a downer on the experience. I will be back and I would hope that next time that this is resolved. And yes I do have his name if the Last Drop wants it.
Other than that though it was the usual First Class experience.

My cousin & I had booked a spa treatment, we arrived at the spa early, and met on the reception by a very friendly female member of staff, she took us to the relaxation room, whilst we completed our questionnaires.
At our allotted time our 2 therapists Ria & Adeeba came & introduced themselves to us.
We had booked a hot stone massage each, what a fantastic experience! from selecting what oils we wanted, to be asked about temperature and pressure, Ria & Adeeba both delivered an exceptional service, they were very professional, friendly and put us at ease. The massage itself was one of the best that my cousin and I have had, and we immediately booked another one for September. Thank you to you both, for making our visit to your spa so enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel and amenities!
All the staff were very friendly and professional considering it was such a busy weekend they did a great job!
The food was extremely good quality, great work Chefs :-)
The village adds that special touch to the hotel amenities. Lots of lovely little shops.
Great maps for local walks at every level.
We shared a room with two teenagers and the room size was great.
Swimming area was lovely and clean.

Stayed here for a night whilst travelling for work. Nice grounds around the hotel and nice courtyards. The room i stayed in was located in the court yard, nice size room but could do with a refresh or lick of paint, it just smelt a bit old and damp. Bar and restaurant was good for drinks & dinner in the evening. Breakfast was questionable.... £18.50 for a luke warm full English with 1 of each item, very expensive for poor quality Breakfast. Swimming pool and spa was good to use, hotel provides towels and lockers. You may need to book in advance as it was quite busy. Not sure if I'd visit here again.

Visited with my wife for a one night spa break 25/7/25, having last visited the Last Drop back in 2002 for a friend’s wedding.

We spent a couple of hours in the Spa before my wife had a treatment, which she enjoyed and felt worth the money. The Spa area itself is pretty small and whilst the infinity pool was nice, with jacuzzi seating, it directly overlooks the car park and a housing estate, so not a particularly relaxing vista made worst by cars reversing in to the spaces directly below. Has also the normal sauna, steam, aroma therapy rooms and these were OK.

Our room was a superior room, which was a decent size and clean, but felt slightly dated and a little tired.

We ate in the main restaurant in the evening and overall the food was very good, with plenty of choice and could not fault the service, however like the room it was all a little tired, with the chairs particularly worn and saggy.

At the top of the village there are some excellent walks around the local countryside and we enjoyed a great Sunday morning walk to burn off breakfast and defiantly worth it as there are some great views too.

On breakfast, it was OK but it’s a continual or English (vegetation options available) with no other choices, such as eggs Benedict or omelettes, etc

Overall, we felt the hotel and spa to be average. It’s a good location and the little village setting adds an extra dimension but overall, repeating a word I’ve used a couple of times before, tired, and in need of some upgrades and maintenance.

We stayed here for our 7th wedding anniversary this time but have stayed here many times before for our anniversary and yet again it was an amazing experience. This time we took advantage of the all inclusive deal which not only gets you dinner, bed & breakfast with use of the spa but it also gives you all inclusive drinks between 6-10pm. The food as always was excellent and the atmosphere and surroundings were on point! Overall another 10/10 stay with the hotel!
