Came for the wedding event, had a blast venue was big, bar staff was amazing and ramzah offered great service, helped me whenever I needed assistance all in all great experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for nice service and big function rooms.

Excellent customer service across all areas of the hotel.
Dining and bar area - Irene was amazing. She couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Her customer service was excellent.
The other bar person working on Thursday 16th, evening meal (I never caught her name) was extremely helpful and professional.
Lydia- Breakfast. The service was excellent and dinning area very clean and tidy.
The ladies on reception were friendly and accommodating for our groups needs. Amazing customer service.
Lastly, the cleaning staff (Vanessa, Kirsty , Jen and Tracy) provided a first class service 13th-17th October 25. The room was very clean and the room was freshly prepared each day. Thank you ladies.

All staff very welcoming, large FREE car park, bar and breakfast great, a tad warm in the bedroom, even with radiators off and windows open.
The room we had was very large and so was the bathroom, busy road at the front, traffic died down later in the evening though.

Joe was an absolute pleasure (needs a promotion).
Abi was really helpful with this review showing me how to do it, she always had a smile, always there to help, made my beer service a warming embrace.

Had my sons 21st at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The arrangements, staff and facilities were spot on. Big shout out to Katie and her team who ensured everything was perfect. Catering, DJ and all the details were managed by them and they made arranging it all so easy. Can’t thank them enough. Thanks Katie!!!!
