Staying at this hotel for a business trip at the Bolton Stadium and we’ve had business meetings all morning in the bar. Irene served us tea and coffee at the bar this morning and really couldn’t have been more helpful. She was cheerful and professional. Thankyou Irene!

Went for afternoon tea and was not dissapointed, didnt previously know they served afternoon tea but we were really happy with our choice as the quality of food was excellent with a good selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones and plentiful for two people. The table was laid out well and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Nadine and Katy for looking after us.

I had an amazing stay, booked the superior suite for me and my partner. The room was lovely, tea and coffee and an espresso machine, lovely lounge area in the room. The bed was huge and the whole room was spotless. Great selection at breakfast. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, all the staff where helpful and friendly.

Great welcome in particular Irene the bar lady was very hospitable and offered service with a warm smile. The front of house were helpful and accommodating. The welcome was much appreciated after a long and arduous journey. Very comfortable surroundings and excellent amenities.

Got a really good deal on a two night stay with my family. The price included breakfast and the use of the gym and pool facilities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and Irene behind the bar made sure the drinks were flowing. The breakfast had everything you could need for a good start to the day and coming down a bit late,one morning was no problem for the chef to make up extra food for their absent minded guests.

Clean, tidy hotel. All facilities you need and lovely food . Staff very attentive, well worth a visit.
We went for a weekend on a trip and chose this hotel as was dubious about the other hotels that were also offered on similar trips , (Grand National).

Irene, was a brilliant very friendly host and our afternoon tea was perfect. Will definitely be coming back. Afternoon tea was so filling we had to take some home, cakes were delicious. Irene kept us filled up with tea and the little vase of fresh flowers was great.

Lovely staff always go out there way to make you feel very welcome they gave us the bridal suite even though we didn't married at there property I would recommend this place to anyone I know the food is really nice drinks are reasonable priced and will always be going there for other advents

Went today with my wife for a lovely afternoon tea, it was a birthday present from our granddaughter. The table service was 1st class from a lovely lady called Irene and we both thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. There was that much to eat neither of us managed to finish it, so Irene gave us both a plastic container box to take away with us all that was left....Thanks Irene

Afternoon Tea, Excellent attentive and obliging waitress (Irene?). Food was attractive, well presented and appetising. Situated in the dining room adjacent to reception, light airy and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and easy to get to. Disabled parking right outside door and a short walk to our dining area. Thank you for a lovely experience.
