Short stay nice staff historic building
Very quaint, beautiful historic building.
Gym and spa facilities looked fab but time constraints did not allow a visit and the gym didn’t open until 7.30am a little late for my stay Breakfast was poor, food cold when it arrived.

First ever girly night away from home with my 12 year old daughter so a girly pamper night ❤️
It was stunning and so in touch with nature which I love, came with my daughter for a little girly night away and we both loved it

Spa facilities were great! And the staff really lovely. Great location and grounds
The rooms were not soundproof at all! Had to listen to room above us being sick all night.
The room wasn't cleaned to a high enough standard - public hairs , stale chip with ketchup splatter on the wall.

Excellent beds which are not too hard like many other hotels. Very good breakfasts and evening meals
We had no room service the whole time we were there. Room 33, we complained one day and service came very quickly, but even then there was no cleaning just bed making and towel change.

Well worth coming back!
Spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. Clean and tidy room and easy access to facilities. Swimming was super, and staff were very helpful in directing us. Thermal pool is well worth a visit. Easy check in and out processes. Beautiful premises and we didn't get to see and do everything. Definitely worth another visit.
Breakfast staff were a little moody and didn't explain the processes (just assumed we'd know where to find the continental bits, etc.). The bathroom shower door was quite short, so my tall husband ended up with water all over the floor. But I am knit picking!
