The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. The only trouble is the dust apparent in the room; the main areas (bed, bathroom, closet) were cleaned. However, the bedside lamp and remote had significant dust collected, so they have not been seen in a while. There was also a stain on the carpet. As this was only for a night, it was acceptable lodgings to stay. There is scaffolding near the hotel that has uneven pavement (and holes!) so comfortable shoes is advised.

Good hotel in centre of Bolton. Easy to get amenities and walkable from the station. Good comfortable bed and a nice modern shower room

I liked the lighting in the room and the different types of pillows.

Arrived early and was allowed to check in early thankfully got the food room key but wasn’t told where to go etc so we had to guess didn’t know that there was an easier way to get to the car park which was via the lift so had to go outside and round which could have been easier.
The stay was lovely the room was nice but had cobwebs large ones by the telly
The bathroom was lovely but shower leaked.
There was a party the night we stayed and it was loud it would have been nice to be pre warned there was party on that night so we knew what to expect. The area and hotel was nice! I’d come again
