Bar service sucked, slow and both guys had absolutely no personality. Waited ten minutes for a Bloody Mary and then told they didn’t have any tomato juice

Room was very clean and had everything we needed (e.g. iron, hairdryer) which was so useful as we were there for a wedding. Breakfast was lovely, the staff at breakfast and reception were excellent.

A Haven in Bolton
The staff were lovely and also the entertainment was superb - Elvis tribute night

The Pool & Spa is fantastic - brilliant facilities in the hydrotherapy pool and the gym has a great selection of equipment.
