ADK law did the conveyancing for the sale of our house. We have bought and sold a couple of properties in the recent years and the amount of chasing I had to do was frustrating and stressful - I was sure that is a standard thing in working with all solicitors.
But we were pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was in this case. William Speakman is excellent: we were impressed by his professional attitude. I got prompt and detailed replies to my emails and all the stages of conveyancing were done on time, at a speed I hadn't seen before, without any effort from us to chase them.
