A pleasant surprise! Not only was the venue superb, the staff were very accommodating.
I would truly recommend staying here and joining the bar staff for a fantastic meal and a cold beer. The facilities such as the swimming pool and sauna are worth a visit also.

The mercure is a very comfortable hotel to stay in, excellent facilities and accommodation. Rooms extremely comfortable spacious and clean. Had a extremely warm welcome when checking in and Irene behind the sports bar can't do enough to help you when having a drink

The pool is nice and warm, rooms are very comfortable. The gym is good and the bar has lots of options. They have really friendly staff! Irene went above and beyond our expectations, such a lovely woman! Will be back again soon!

I had read a few reviews about this hotel and i was a bit sceptical but i had no issues at all with this hotel. We had a really nice, large room with robes and slippers etc.

We used the hotel as a training venue

Beautiful old building use off all facilities and haseeb on bar was lovely nothing was to much from him. Reception staff helpful clean and comfortable well worth the money overall a great hotel and great stay

Very nice and relaxing hotel. Even although it’s on a main road it’s well hidden and peaceful Rooms are nice and spacious. Irene who was running the bar was really helpful and very welcoming. Would recommend this hotel.
