I’m very grateful to Tom Ellor and William Speakman who were my family’s solicitors in selling a central Sheffield apartment and negotiating the transfer of a small piece of land for parking. Most of the negotiations were done by email exchange, with some by phone. Tom guided me through all the processes, as well as patiently explaining issues of conflict of interest between the parties involved. He and William were always approachable, clear and professional, yet friendly. They listened to and responded to important requests, gave well considered and fair advice, and were reliably proactive in chasing delays on the side of the buyer’s solicitors. I am so relieved to have chosen such a great company for my first experience of selling a property. Fantastic service. Absolute stars! Thank you to you both.

Breakfast hot tasty with plenty choice all staff courteous and helpful
Big thanks to Kelly on reception for making us welcome and to Connor at the bar who served us several times especially at a really busy time when the dance competition was on
Will be back soon with the grandchildren to visit family again even better when pool refitted
May make it a regular base

We combined an overnight stay with NHS discounts which included evening meal and breakfast and then added on a spa day with afternoon tea for my daughters birthday. The evening meal was excellent , I just wished I had chosen the duck too which was exceptional although I did enjoy my pork fillets . Staff were helpful , welcoming and friendly and we thooroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa with several different hot saunas , hydrotherapy and aromatherapy rooms. Sadly the inifinity pool looked directl out onto a new housing development and we felt a touch exposed , possibly the hotel could consider some fast growing hedge or trees to give more secluded feel. We did have a lovely full body massage before a tasty afternoon tea . Excellent value for money especially with the NHS discount and could not fault the efficient and friendly welcome and service from the staff. Thank you
