My PT at The Gym is Jules, I enjoy my sessions with her. I started off in September 2022 and since lost 1st 10lbs
Jules is amazing at pushing me and knowing my strengths and weaknesses and because of the hard determined mind set she has put me into I can now start seeing results
In between being I’ll going on holiday and coming back to not being myself Jules has catered my sessions to suit me and make sure i ease back into my workouts with her
When it came to my love for food Jules has really helped me in knowing how to portion control still enjoy the food I love and know when to say no
She’s a brill PT and I’m glad I chose her.

Been going to the gym bolton for a while now but didn't have the confidence to use some of the equipment as I wasn't sure how to. Started doing some of the classes and really enjoyed them 1 of the pts stood out to me she was bubbly, happy and very friendly so decided to use her as my pt. Jules as been my pt since September now and couldn't be happier with choosing her as she pushes me like I wanted and also feel like I can talk to her as a friend too.
