Great location for short stay
I was made to feel very welcome by the team on reception, they made sure to give me the parking info and WI-FI code - very important! Lovely big room and comfy bed. Although I didnt use it, having a menu for late night snacks was a great idea!
There was a strange humming noise coming from the heating, I thought I'd left the bathroom light on as it sounded like the extractor, but it came from the radiator- I turned the radiator off but it continued, however, it didnt stop me sleeping.

Very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is serving good food almost round the clock in an efficient manner
The property is designed to provide service to visitors to the stadium and it is doing its job very well. I did not come across any major deficiency.

need more biscuits on the drinks tray! Better hair dryer in the room I stayed in - not so good this time. Needed one flatter pillow!

Great Location Hotel
The hotel was in a great location for what we needed and ample shops and eating places in close proximity Also has a Vue cinema and Hollywood bowl close if looking for something to do
The hotel was great and staff friendly and helpful but our room was looking a bit tired and nothing like on the website

I arrived at 9.45pm missed dinner (930 pm finished) and room service was not available until 11.00pm. More joined up thinking required!!

Great location for the Stadium obviously. Hotel very clean and efficient, staff friendly and happy. Bedrooms and restaurant a little dark, beds were firm.
