Excellent customer service from all the staff. Attended the Christmas party night and would highly recommend it. The room was decorated to a high standard, food and service excellent. Music was fab and everyone was up dancing and having fun from start to finish. After a rubbish start to the year, it was good to see the hotel flourishing under the new owners. The staff are a credit to you. A highly recommended event. Looking forward to booking again for next year.

Pleasant stay .. clean and tidy and very friendly staff. Only downside if any is that the rooms could have bigger TV's and I paid to have a room with plugs by the bed and there were none but bar that all fine . Breakfast was delicious and loved how close to the shops we were

Stayed at the hotel last night and it was 1st class. The room was lovely, comfortable and big. Very clean. Service was fabulous both on reception and in the bar. The breakfast was great too: loads of choice and great quality. 10/10. Loved it.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional food. Tonight was the chef special Katsu curry. It was world class and totally different. What you don’t see is the finely chopped bed of mange tout under the chicken Well done chef total brilliance
