It was a pleasant stay in a nice hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Good location. Nice hotel. Nice staff.
There's a need for air conditioning as it did feel warm in the room. Also, one of the coffee mugs was dirty. Maybe consider using paper cups.

Comfortable, basic breakfast, very good food in the bar, lovely staff, but misleading website.
A very English breakfast
I booked our 2 night stay here because it had a pool, noting that it said there was an extra charge. Having packed our swimsuits we were told on arrival that the pool has been closed since February 2020. They should say so on the website. They have had ample time to do that. If you want a swim, go to the Mercury Georgian House, where my sister swam both mornings.

Perfectly fine stay, could do with a refresg
Staff were excellent and very helpful. We had a great sized room and it was quiet 😊
Room and hotel looked a little tired but it was clean. I’d rather have tired than dirty!

Superb
Clean, very helpful staff, comfortable beds + large rooms for price point. Think it’s really good value for money
Location is a bit out of the way but still has amenities nearby and only 15 min drive into town so not a big deal - splitting hairs a bit.
