Happy with the choice of where to stay while visiting our daughter nearby. Would stay here again.
The staff were very attentive but not overly, especially the breakfast staff. Always smiling and seemed happy to work there! Good selection of breakfast foods, to set us up for the day. Very clean room and a relaxed atmosphere downstairs so a good choice for our needs.
Only one issue in the bathroom, where the back of the door had suffered with water damage, I think, as the bottom was splitting along the edge quite badly.

The hotel and rooms feel dated. The family pool is basic but fine.

The ease of checking in and out online. The great pool and spa. The restaurant had great food and friendly, efficient staff. The room was large and clean with a comfy bed.

Really basic cold room and felt dirt because of the state of the carpet. Very dear food menu and drinks very dear too. P

Wow what a great help these guys are.<br><br>Bank holiday weekend & the front door lock broke, So I took Bolton Lock a photo of the item, they looked but said they hadn't got one in stock BUT their locksmith may have one in his van.<br>Then within 10 minutes he arrived at the store with the new lock. Totally brilliant as he wasn't supposed to be working working today. Cheers Dave
