Great Friendly Hotel
Absolutely lovely Reception staff. Even the staff in the breakfast area, went the extra mile to make sure was happy and very helpful. Cooked breakfast was better than alot of hotels I have stayed before. Room was clean and everything you need in a room.
Most only criticism I could say is that the main lights in room could do will being alot brighter as it was dimmed.

Proximity to wedding venue & spa facilities. Breakfast really good but would have liked more choice on the evening meal
A bit isolated from other things to do around hotel & room was really hot without any radiators on.

The pitch view rooms have doors that don’t open, which then means there’s no air flow (window or door) the room was very hot and stuffy.

Been staying here since the hotel opened. Always good
Some of the new policies regarding payments need to be shared with guests prior to their arrival. We were asked for photo ID as we were paying cash but didn’t know this prior to arriving so we’re not prepared
