Just had an entrance door and some windows fitted by George's team and we are more than happy with the work carried out. The team left the place in an impecable condition after finishing the job and we were surprised to see their high standards. Highly recommended.

All was well but recommend that have some provision of having cooling system please. it was to hot on the day and so was the room temperature throughout the night. Appreciate that a fan was provided, which wasn't functioning well.
Room was quite hot, otherwise house keeping was good. You might be aware that there is some maintenance required in the bathroom.

I used this company for the first time recently as I was having trouble with my central heating boiler, a leaking radiator and faulty taps. Andy and Kris did an excellent job in fixing the boiler, replacing the radiator and taps. Their prices were also very reasonable. I shall be using them for all my central heating servicing and plumbing requirements in the future. I can honestly recommend this company to anyone requiring their services without hesitation.

Very good as usual
We have stayed a few times. We love the location, the clean rooms, friendly and informative staff. Always enjoy the breakfasts.
This time we wanted room service at 8pm. We were told there wasn’t any for an hour because the kitchen was busy. If the kitchen is too busy, understandably at supper time, it should be made clear on the menu - it was disappointing and resulted in a car trip to Sainsburys as we only wanted a snack after a six hour journey.

Very comfortable overnight stay, I look forward to my next visit
A lovely hotel and location, all members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly, proper northern hospitality, nothing too much trouble. My reason for staying at the hotel was an event held in the Pennie room, the staff were all very efficient and the catering ran smoothly, the three course meal was served hot and delicious. Drinks perhaps a little expensive🙁so consequently I didn’t get too drunk🥴. Thank you to all the staff.
Although there is a spa on site there is an extra charge to use it if your not on a spa package. I thought the extra charge a bit excessive.
