Bolton , the hotel , room , reception , spa was all excellent. Restaurant service was very slow. Overall a nice place. We would go again but poss look at eating out.

Location is lovely
The room was too warm and only 1 widow would open...the other was locked.
Also one 1 tiny bottle is not sufficient for 2 people...maybe 1 person is better .
Also when I was drying my hair and doing my makeup, I could not sit at the dressing table and look in mirror as the mirror is too high up.

I have been coming to Py for just over a month now. He has massively helped ease a lot of the pain and tension in my back and shoulders. I was in so much pain every day and it was massively impacting how I perform in the gym and also in my day to day life. Py makes you feel comfortable and at ease and will always do his best to help get to the root cause of your issues. Highly recommend the recovery lab.
