Outstanding service from booking to check out. Really responsive. I booked wrong date, they changed without question.
Super fast breakfast service.

Would fully recommend Tom Ellor at ADK Law. He dealt with mine and my partners first home purchase. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Tom gave very speedy replies, explained everything thoroughly, gave updates without chasing and would go out of his way to contact our sellers solicitor. We had a tricky buying experience that went on for nearly 5 months through no fault of our solicitor, and Tom made a it a nice experience regardless! Completion and exchange date went very smoothly.

Disappointed with the Hotel lack of Help when we reached out about the room being Hot and they did nothing
We arrived during the hot weather, our room was ridiculously hot. the rooms have no air conditioning and the windows do not open more than an inch. No fans available as all were being used. Basically you pay the same as others, but don’t get the same service. First come first served. They need to prepare better for the hot weather and allow the windows to open. On check out we seen a Fan in the hallway

Room was beautifully presented and comfortable, plenty of options for food and drinks, the village is lovely and the spa was fantastic!
