Didnt previously know until recently that they did aftenoon tea. We booked and was very happy with the food and drink we received not only in quality but also plenty for two people. The staff were great, welcoming and friendly thanks to Nadine and Katy. Would recommend trying the afternoon tea at the Mercure.

We broken into on Saturday night, they broke the back door lock and took the front door key. George came to secure the house promptly on the Sunday. He was very understanding of how we feeling after the break in, and quickly changed both locks with anti snap locks.

They look superb, as ever their workmen were professional, courteous and extremely tidy. I can not fault them on price and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Ruth

The survey before purchase was carried out by Declan who went into the proposed project in detail and made some really good suggestions.
The fitting was carried out by George, Declan & Callum.
They worked hard to complete the fitting of both doors in one day. All work was respectful of our property and minimal damage was created when removing the old frames.
The new doors look amazing and have been fitted really well, we are very pleased with the doors and the way they were fitted. Thanks to the team for a first class job.

Lovely hotel really friendly and helpful staff bit pricey for what we got my son bought it as a Christmas present he paid £180 for the romantic suit and we had to pay a extra £40 supplement for the use of a Saturday night could have got it a lot cheaper on wowcher never mind next time . Pool and spa very nice and relaxing. Breakfast was lovely some thing for everyone and plenty of it .
