We checked into this hotel today, very weary after our long journey, a lady in the bar called Irene greeted us with a friendly welcoming smile , she served us some tea and was extremely helpful, so nice to have a friendly efficient greeting.

Ian Robinson - Exclusive Travel
I knew I was in safe hands from the moment I handed over the arrangements to Ian at Exclusive Travel, the effort Ian put into getting the finer details right, and making sure that we would have the holiday experience we wanted, was second to none. Nothing was overlooked or too much trouble, and his patience was endless when it came to answering my every question.
The hotel managed to cause a mix up with the room, but I only had to pick up the phone and Ian was there, instantly available to advise and resolve the issue…. even though it was very late at night, and he could have been forgiven for not answering my call at all!
I can’t recommend Exclusive Travel Holidays’ highly enough – thank you Ian for taking the strain out of organising our trip, and for going the extra mile to ensure that every last detail of our trip was perfect.

Graham is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to build confidence and full understanding on areas that may require further work.My son Callum has been lucky to have him as his instructor and thankful to him for transforming him into a confident driver on the road. Callum passed his driving exam first time and truly enjoyed his entire experience of learning to drive. I would definitely recommend Graham to be your instructor !!! Thank you Graham 😊

From initial enquiry to bookings, payment and after care, nothing is too much trouble for Ian.
Ian is very knowledgeable, provides informative breakdown of options and eases any stress when booking a holiday.
I would highly recommend Exclusive Travel above all others whether for a city break, Honeymoon, family holiday or a once in a lifetime world cruise.

Rooms are a little dated. Some bathroom accessories coming away from the walls. Moved the beds to makevsafe for the baby and they've not been vacuumed for a while behind. Lovely firm mattresses and fab addition of a nespresso.

We attended a wedding at the Mercure and we helped in setting up the room, Jimmy and his team were fantastic and we couldn’t fault their level of attention to detail superb. Also deserving of a special mention is Nadine who was also brilliant.
Breakfast was lovely and all the food at the wedding was also very good and plentiful.
Only thing I would say are that the rooms although comfy are quite dated and the hotel itself could do with a renovation.
