They gym also offer activities out side of the gym which are free, such as hiking, climbing and walks.
It is a very inclusive gym with people attending of all ages, sizes, race, cultures and abilities.

My all time favourite gym, plenty of equipment, always clean and the staff are friendly and approachable. I’ve been a member of two of the more expensive gyms in Bolton and this one can’t be beaten, great value for money, highly recommend.

William Speakman recently helped us with buying our first home. I am still shocked with how brilliant he was during the whole process. He was so helpful and organised. He would reply to my emails so quickly and would take the time to explain anything I was unsure of. He helped make the whole process go very smoothly and I am so thankful. I would 100% recommend ADK to anyone thinking about using them to buy a house. I am so glad I went with them and not the solicitors my mortgage advisor recommend, who were a lot more expensive and who I’m sure wouldn’t have been able to do such a good job.

This was my first time visiting the Octagon; it’s a charming venue just off the high street with a bar and comfortable-looking pre-theatre dining area.
I saw the auditorium in its thrust-stage format (for ‘Bouncers’) which allowed for decent views wherever you sat- though the central bay is best!
I’m looking forward to returning for Little Shop of Horrors.
