1st time international traveler from the US and there were a lot of issues with our original flight that caused our group to be split up. We lost 2 days of our tour of England BUT as soon as we arrived at the hotel, the last at the front desk welcomed us and helped me so much to feel welcomed and provided assistance with finding a place to buy clothes (my baggage is lost) and even taxi service. So thank you so much for the genuine hospitality. Dinner and breakfast were both fantastic. Blessings to you all.
