ADK (Lorna and also Conor) have now completed a sale of a property for me a few years ago and a purchase after those few years of being back home. Couldn’t have been any more responsive and on the ball with things and patient when asked any questions. ADK Law provided by a property sourcer. Jinni Barwick went above and beyond to complete house sale in a timely manner. I had a tight schedule which we successfully worked towards. There was an unusual circumstance with the property sale Jinni provided guidance and a solution which was favourable for both parties. Jinni then successful got the sale completed when the sellers solicitor had refused a requested date. I called a few times but never managed to speak to Jinni. However, she did send me emails on a Sunday! Overall I would recommend

I had the misfortune to have an accident just after the Jaguar cyber attack which resulted in the parts required to complete the repair being on world wide back order.
The company from the MD through his purchasing department, technicians and all relevant support staff ensured that my car was repaired as quickly as possible.

First time using ADK Law but doubt I will use them again. This wasn't the worse experience and Rebekah was always responsive even if sometimes answers to questions were vague. This was an auction purchase with a very thin legal pack. However there wasn't enough effort to find out basic information which in the end I provided or had to demand a call be made to the sellers solicitors. I felt rushed into signing the contract and ADK Law's disclaimers which I was told to seek legal advice before signing. So I should pay ADK Law for conveyancing and then pay another firm to check what ADK have given me to sign: really! Disappointed that on two occasions I copied in the Partners/Directors for comment and not even a acknowledgement or comment. Glad I stood my ground and did not complete when told to by ADK Law which save me just under 2k in u paid services charges.
