I had a fantastic experience with ADK Law. Lorna Speakman kept on top of our leasehold flat sale and house purchase throughout the process, even when we had a very frustrating solicitor in the chain who seemed to be making any attempt to hamper things. Lorna remained active, keeping things moving as much as she could. Lorna was also patient answering any questions I had as selling and buying at the same time was new to me. My move was happening in Bristol and ADK law not being in Bristol didn't impact the process negatively at all. This was great as ADK were affordable compared to Bristol. Would highly recommend.
