It was ok but needs updating in rooms and checkin was very slow

Friendly and entertained our 3 year old Cleanliness and looks tired in the room.
Half eaten takeaway left in stairwell when we arrived and there two days later when we left.

Great place and facilities
Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and great spa facilities. Food in the restaurant was wonderful.
Order a grab bag breakfast when we checked in as we had to check out early but when we came to check out it wasn't on our booking and we ended up being late. We even checked after dinner where we should collect it from. Communication could be improved.

Welcoming, helpful staff. Large rooms and a comfy bed. Great bar too!
The staff were super friendly. The bar and restaurant was a nice feature of the hotel (and was open late too!). Nice big room with a large comfy bed.
Room was a little bit hot upon arrival despite it being mild outside, but that's a very minor complaint soon sorted with turning the radiator off. Better than it being too cold either way!

Stayed in one of the cottage rooms, we didn’t use the spa facilities that were included in the price but the option was there. Lovely place! Staff were friendly, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended
