Birtenshaw is a registered charity and children’s services organisation.
Our mission is to build a brighter future for children with special needs.To enable us to achieve our mission we provide the following two core services: A special school and a number of specialist children’s homes and Positive Short Breaks.
Both core services support children and young people with a significant physical disability or with a profound and multiple learning disability, including autistic spectrum disorder.
