Just to say how pleased I am with the insurance repair to my car.The work has been completed to my satisfaction and the car was returned to me in showroom condition.
Throughout the procedure I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle and they kept to the estimated completion date.
The people in the office were brilliant - particularly Lisa who is a real asset to the company for her friendly and efficient manner.

My insurance company sent me to perfect finish as they're close to my home but I work in Manchester, it wasn't a problem they picked up and dropped off my car at the most convenient time and place. The car was immaculate afterwards and the car is as good as new. Only one thing I would say they could improve on is communication. I had to call to find out how long it would be.
