Perfect finish what can I say they've had my car for over 3 weeks they took it of me and said it will be back the following week didn't here from them until li phoned them then they said it will be done on the Monday no phone call so I then again phoned them they said tomorrow again no call back now just phoned back they jus said its in the wash my insureance refer this body shop I should of took my car to a main dealer would never yous this company again. Hi Anthony, please see below response from Perfect Finish which has been sent to us in relation to your review. "First of all I'd like to thank you for taking the time to leave your comments as we appreciate any constructive feedback as it helps us to learn and grow. In the first instance we came out to take images of your vehicle to send to the insurance company. Unfortunately, once we received authority, you were not contacted and when we investigated why this was, it was in relation to a new team member that had started work with us that had misplaced your paperwork. This was addressed at the time, the team member has been given further training and we apologise directly to you for the mix up. Your car came into us on 28th September and while stripping the car down, we found extra damage, this does happen occasionally and we forwarded this straight to the insurance company. With the repairs, we repaired rather than replaced and throughout the repairs we attempted contact with you, many of the times unable to get hold of you due to your phone being switched off and when we did manage to get hold of you, the conversation was difficult as there was a level of aggression and awkwardness towards a member of staff. When the car was finished, we contacted you to make arrangements to come on site to collect your vehicle and for some reason you seemed again displeased with the service we offered and seemed hostile again in your manner, this time towards our receptionist. If we did do anything wrong or you felt we had not offered a service standard acceptable to you, we will be more than happy to discuss this and as mentioned at the start of my comments, I would like to extend my apologies for any mix-up that occurred with your misplaced paperwork"
