RRG Lexus Bolton have turned it up to 11 for me when it comes to customer care. I initially phoned up to inquire about one of their cars in stock when I was introduced to Alex who very patiently and professionally took me through the whole process of becoming a Lexus car owner. We had arranged for the car to be ready for collection on my birthday the week later. Upon my arrival I was invited to their "Reveal Room" to be greeted by a very well detailed vehicle dressed up in decorations, a bottle of wine as well as a perosnal card signed by all members of staff.

We had never considered Lexus and happened to pop in on passing when goung around other dealerships in Bolton for a small car. Met Simon who happily left us to look at new LBX. Arranged test drive, again no pressure. After test driving 3 other different makes came back to Lexus LBX. Clear winner on smooth running of car. Thoughroughout the sale Simon kept us up to date, ensuring forms filled in to prevent any delay on final handover. Natalie explained the service perks of free courtesy car and pick up drop off if needed unlike my pervious cars delearship. She explained the top notch breakdown cover UK/European, though hope it will not be needed!
