Visited Lexus Bolton yesterday to have my battery assessed on my CT200. I was welcomed by the showroom staff who are always friendly,polite and professional. I waited whilst my battery was checked and was offered coffee and made to feel very comfortable. The battery did need replacing and I was very happy to hear that it could be done there and then rather than me having to have to book another appointment.
The waiting area at Lexus Bolton is a welcoming and comfortable space with tasty coffee,snacks,magazines and a TV to entertain the waiting customers and as you wait,staff are checking that you are OK.
I have returned to Lexus Bolton numerous times over the years ( almost 20 in fact ) and have NEVER had a negative experience. Every time I visit,staff cannot do enough to ensure your enquiry / problem is dealt with swiftly and professionally. I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent customer service yesterday especially Helen.

I always used the Manchester Branch till it closed down and was always delighted with the service so decided on my next visit to try the Bolton Branch. I was highly delighted with the welcome and service I received, nothing was too much trouble.

My father owns a Lexus and when we go to the dealership for a service we are approached with excellent service we get offered a hot drink and a comfortable place to sit whilst we wait and they even clean the car after they have serviced the car.
We recently test drove for a weekend and was really impressed with the service from stsrt to finish. The team at Lexus are not at all like car salespeople. They are welcoming, friendly, not pushy and feel really genuine guys. They handover for our car was excellent with some knowledge shared but in a relaxed manner and not information overload. The car was brilliant with some real gadgets and we really enjoyed the experience.
