Totally professional job of replacing our lounge windows in a small apartment block. Communication from start to finish was first class, Bryony, who is a delight to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, liaised with each householder individually and this resulted in a seamless job for all concerned.
The 2 fitters did an excellent job, absolutely no mess at all, in fact you would have never known they had been.
I would certainly recommend G M Windows & Doors Ltd, customer service at its best which is extremely hard to find in this world. Thank you to all concerned.

The installation of three windows was completed quickly and cleanly. The windows look great and fit perfectly. There was no damage to any of the surrounding surfaces. We would not hesitate to recommend GM Windows.

New windows installed with a minimum of disruption. The frames were so well installed that there was no damage to plaster or paintwork. It would be difficult to spot that the windows has just been changed.

The team at GMWD provide a top class experience, from the office staff, estimators and fitters. A very professional service via WhatsApp and email providing quotations and updates throughout the buying process. I was in need to replace a window for my spare bedroom,saw this company in a local magazine did my research so i decided to give G M Windows &Doors ltd the job .They turned up on time this morning to great guys were very professional introduced themselves They had to come up 3 lots of stairs with all there kit and the windows i felt sorry for them but they are professional .They cleaned up after themselves will use this company again Thankyou so much.And a big Thank you Bryony and Fraya who dealt with my call lovey ladies they to are very good customer service staff.

Fantastic company to deal with. Excellent communication from start to finish. I had a bay window fitted with integral blinds and the result far exceeded my expectations. Paul and Mick arrived on time to fit it and they have done a fantastic job. They are also very nice guys and they cleaned up very well afterwards. Bryony is a little diamond as well. After a recommendation from my neighbour, I contacted GM Windows and explained what was required. Within a day or two they came out to measure up. The quote came through that day, and was very reasonable compared to others received. When the job was booked in to be fitted, I was advised it would be between 08:30-09:30. Paul turned up at 08:25, put all necessary sheets down to eliminate any mess and cracked on with the job. An extremely professional fitter. From start to finish this is a great company to use and I will be using them again in the future.... Thank you to all the team at GM.

The workmen came when they said that they would, and worked hard to complete the job to a high standard. All the staff members of this business behaved in a polite professional manner. Fantastic company from start to finish. Bryony in the office was so friendly and talked me through the whole process and advised accordingly, always at the end of the phone if I needed more details. The survey was done efficiently and the surveyor advised me regarding alternatives. The fitting was arranged around myself, and Paul and Mick were excellent. They were a great team and did a very professional job consulting me all the way along. I definitely recommend GM Windows.
