Everything about this job was excellent. From the sales lady Bryony helping us to choose a door that exactly suited our needs to the surveyor who did the measuring to the installation team, everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. The finished job was superb and we can't recommend GM windows too highly.

G M Windows & Doors Ltd, replaced our kitchen window and patio doors. From our first contact with them they have been excellent. George and the team are very professional and the work they do is excellent. We were kept up to date with everything by Bryony and we even got a text to let us know the lads were on their way. We are very pleased with the quality and standard of the work and we can highly recommend them.

First thing to say is that GM responded to our request after one of the larger companies failed to show up. They quickly inspected the windows and measured up before advising us on replacing the glass rather than the whole frame. This saved a considerable amount of money. They were consistently responsive through WhatsApp, always helpful, and though we had to wait a few weeks for the windows to be fitted they were done efficiently and cleanly with no fuss. We also needed some of the hinges and locks sorting and the guys came back to do that at a later date. We received one other quote from a local firm and GM came in at 40% cheaper. Couldn't be happier.

From the first consultation to the final installation. The team was professional, friendly and attentive. The current task was particularly special as we wanted to replicate the original coloured leaded glass windows in our 1920’s home in a current std, double glazed, window. This was achieved perfectly with the combined efforts of George’s team and Paul from Bolton glass. The process from the initial measurement, pricing, communication and installation were all first class.

Another set of super bi-fold doors fitted by George and his team. I can highly recommend this firm. They have a friendly, professional approach and competitive prices. After fitting one set of doors for us last year, I had no hesitation is asking them to return to replace a second set this year. Once again, the team arrived on time, worked professionally with the least disruption possible and left a clean area with new beautiful doors.

These guys are amazing.<br><br>Should have left a review when I first got them in. Quick, professional, competitive price. Was really pleased.<br><br>Today, 5 months after installation I'd noticed one of the doors had dropped and was catching/struggling to shut.<br><br>Gave them a call at 1pm to see if they could come have a look at some point and sort it. By 3PM they had been, fixed and left all free of charge. Absolutely quality service.

I have had a new composite cannon door and side frame and bathroom window fitted by GM Windows and I can't praise them highly enough! From the initial choosing to the final installation they have been extremely helpful and very patient!! Every member of their staff have been professional, considerate and polite. I would particularly like to thank Bryony for her advice and patience🙈, and the two lads who did the actual installation, who worked virtually without stopping, and who were helpful, friendly, and completely cleared up before leaving. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will most certainly use them again when needed. They really are the best!!!
