Excellent service from Ryan and the Fish Motors team! Immaculate condition car, serviced, paint retouched for a small scuff, and FM held our car for a deposit to accomodate our preferred purchase date without any problems.<br><br>We visited within the first week that FM were able to reopen during the coronavirus outbreak (when government were lifting lockdown restrictions) - they had social distancing in place safely and professionally at both their sites, and our last minute request to book a viewing was accommodated and carried out smoothly by Ryan, allowing us to safely test drive a clean, sterilised car which we had no hesitation of securing our deal afterwards.<br><br>Albeit an hour's drive away from us in South Yorkshire, we certainly will be sticking with FM for any future purchases. Thanks for the lovely service and we love our new insignia!

Excellent service, fair prices and didn't feel pressured into purchasing at all. The staff were really friendly and professional and also made excellent provisions to accommodate social distancing during the test drive, etc. Very happy with my purchase, would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

I must tell everyone about the car i purchased last year around october, what I am about to say has played on my mind since last year and so i have to tell you the experience i had.
I found this company on the web and as i came from the surrounding area i thought i would give it a try.
So i found a car i liked the look of (it was not on the forecourt but in the compound), i asked the price and was told it was £2700 , i asked for a bit of leeway on the price but sadly not forthcoming, now this is where it gets interesting i paid a bank transfer of a £1000 and as i had to go back south at the time said i would be back in october with the £1700 in cash which i was asked to do, the car was sold to me as a "trade sale" unfortunately that was a big mistake, " trade sale" means you get no warranty when it leaves the garage anyway i did a bank transfer of £1000 and like a fool £1700 in cash,
I managed to get the car home 350 miles, it needed a new clutch, discs and pads front and back, i had to replace the dpf filter £600 , and the car is at last o.k
My reason for writing this is to make people aware of buying or being asked if the purchase can be a trade sale , so my other question is £1000 bank transfer and then asked for the rest in cash. I suppose it was my fault for buying it with no warranty or guarantee and not having the car checked by the AA.
I would have thought that a trade sale at £2700 would have received a discount does that mean the car was actually only worth a £1000. ??
I feel better now that is off my chest.
