Can't thank Chris and the Fish Motors team enough! I moved up North last week and desperately needed a car to run around in. Chris managed to get the car ready to collect in just a couple of days and answered all the questions I had with a lot of patience.
I had a bit of an issue with paperwork (nothing to do with the car! It was all me!) and I rang their office to ask their advice and they instantly helped me resolve the issue.
Definitely recommend these guys, especially to young women and people who don't know too much about cars. They really make sure you're all set to go and everything is top notch so you don't need to worry.

Google only allows me to give max 5 stars, however Chris @Fishmotors would deserve at least 10+ stars for his customer service skills. I have purchased a vehicle from Fishmotors with a Part exchange. Even though I am not local in Bolton, the process was very smooth & efficent, Chris helped me a lot in purchasing my chosen vehicle and he also kept my best interest at heart. Car delivery was also spot on, I have been told I will get the car delivered on Friday and the car was delivered on Friday morning.
I also need to highlight that the car inside & out was SPOTLESS. Probably the cleanest car I have ever seen, not even a brand new, straight from the saloon car looks like the one I received from Fishmotors, abs Brilliant.
Also the company, just as they say on the website, provided extra protection on the interior due to Covid.
If I were to purchase another car, I would definetly check out Fishmotors first.

Bought a BMW of these guys, a great thumbs up to Simon and the team at Fish motors, Car had a few cosmetic issues, but that's what you get buying a second hand vehicle.
They buy they trade its business, sometimes things can go smooth and sometimes things can go wrong it's expected in the business. It's what the dealer does to resolve the issues out that counts.

I have dealt with many garages and not had the service that these guys have done, I can honestly say big respect to these guys from start to finish,

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage from Fish Motors and could not be happier with the service they have provided.
Price was excellent compared to other similar cars from other dealers, so much so I purchased from 200+ miles away in Scotland.
Obviously the distance and not being able to see the car in person was a concern, but Chris was excellent in the customer service he provided. Any information I requested was delivered promptly and with complete transparency, I was also provided with a virtual tour of the car and additional images on request.
Even with the ongoing circumstances, the car was delivered within a matter of days and arrived in immaculate condition.
I have only had the car for a few days but so far I have seen absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Chris was excellent throughout the whole process and even given the distance, I would return to Fish Motors for future purchase.
