Hi Darren, thanks again for yesterday, car is great! used youtube last night to find out where to get the pin key for the phone ( behind the panel covering where the sat nav dvd sits, there ia a label)and it all works a treat! Drove up from Oxford with slight trepidation if car I was interested in was as good as pictures / description I got over the phone. I needn't have worried, turns out Darren and Martyn are part of a dying breed - honest independent motor traders! The 7 series BMW was exactly as they explained and they stood by their offer on my car for part ex so I did the deal. I had one slight issue with the car but Darren and Martyn arranged for it to be fixed with no hassles / no quibbles. Will not hesitate to go back again / Fish motors to be my first port of call when looking for another car for myself or any of the family.

Just a note to thank you for making the recent purchase of my Astra Active both pleasurable and hassle free. I was initially concerned about buying a used car on the internet but your policies of offering a warranty, data report and supplying the car with full mot and 6 months tax set my mind at rest. I found it helpful to view the various photographs of the vehicle on the net, and they inspired me to travel 128 miles to take a test drive. I found the level of customer service highly satisfactory. Both of you were helpful and courteous, and were very accommodating in your offer of late opening hours, or transport from the train station, as I was travelling from so far away. I am very pleased with the vehicle itself. It was as described, and the valet prior to collection left it gleaming. Thanks once again for a smooth and easy transaction!
