Having needed some plumbing work on my property i contacted this wonderful company, that responded quickly and efficiently. I have used a lot of tradespeople over the years on my property and never have I been this pleased and satisfied with the work carried out. They were extremely professional, efficient and the standard of work was to the highest standard. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an incredible service, best company I have ever encountered, amazing work and people.

First Response installed a boiler the year before last year and have done various boiler inspections and safety checks for me. Their engineers are very experienced and efficient. They also respond very quickly to requests for service without having to be chased.

Had a decorator round to paint the walls and at the last minute, we decided we wanted a protruding gas pipe capping off. We needed someone quickly before the decorator finished. FirstResponse360 came out within the hour and did a great, swift job.

First response came out very quickly to fix my boiler. Haroon was the engineer and we couldn’t have wished for a better and more efficient engineer. He explained everything to us from start to finish and seemed to know exactly how to fix our Sime boiler. He is a true asset to First Response 360 and I would highly recommend his workmanship. He was polite and very efficient in his work

Had a cistern issue that required the water to be turned off immediately. Contacted Firstresponse360 via Local Heroes and was called back in under half an hour and they had been, quoted and completed the job within two hours. Excellent, efficient service and very helpful.

Had no heating or hot water, the boiler was making gurgling noises. I phoned firstresponse 360 in the evening arrived first thing next morning. Amazing service, quick and gave additional help for my boiler knowledge and help tips. Lovely guy too.

Haroon arrived at our house at the time arranged and he completed a service of our central heating combi boiler. He explained what work he had done and the price seemed reasonable to me. This is the second time he has done this work for us and we will be asking him back next year.
