It is now two months since we took delivery of our new digital printer and already we are achieving
so many of the goals we set out in the planning stages. Our team has taken very well to the idea of
network printing, so much so that our desk top printers, which are so cheap to buy but so very
expensive to run, are no longer being used for any print jobs above one or two copies.
The quality of production, speed, ease of use and lack of technical hitches together with your
support in training has made the whole experience a positive move for the Hospice. We are now
able to produce most of our printing requirements, including the brochures for the Midnight Walk
and a huge variety of Hospice information leaflets, within the Hospice and with significant cost
savings.
Thank you for your patience in making the planned installation a reality, it was certainly worth the
time invested in making sure we were installing the right machine for the Hospice.

Recently Copyprint Services supplied us with a colour photocopier linked to our school network.
This has saved us money as previously we were paying a lot of money on printer cartridges. Now
we just pay for the cost per copy on the photocopier which has proved far more cost effective.
