I took my 13 year old son to Kip McGrath this week with a view to having an assesmnet and starting some additional support for him. The environment at Kip is lovely and so is Sherrie. She is relaxed, friendly and most importantly makes the children feel at ease. My son commented on how he liked her which is brilliant especially as she will be pushing him with his Maths and English. The assessment was thorough and gave me a real insight into what my son was struggling with and how we and the extra support can help him move forward and grow in confidence. The fantastic bit was that Sherrie gave me all this information but at no point did I feel pushed or pressured into taking any more services from her. She left me to make a decision to move forward but with enough information to make an informed choice. We will be starting next week.

I think that what I love about Kip the most is the way everyone gets along and the teachers and students can have a laugh and aren't afraid to be themselves. Children do the work voluntarily and not because it is compulsary. It creates a compfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
