Efficient service with no pushy sales techniques. I was able to have a 45 min test drive on my own so that I could really have a good look at the car. The part exchange deal was a very low valuation compared to elsewhere but I was able to take my car elsewhere.
Overall it was a good car buying experience, the warranty and kia assist that comes with the car was the main reason I went there and so far I am very pleased with the deal I got.
Great service as usual from the Kia sales team especially Matthew who sold us the car and as promised had the car serviced , MOT 'd , and the parking sensors fitted and ready to go on collection day. This is the 6th Kia car now in the family. Keep up the good work Kia.
My recent experience at buying a ne Kia Rio has been very pleasant, did not feel under any pressure about buying one. Staff were friendly. We have just bought a Kia Sportage from Bolton Kia. We are very pleased with this company, they couldn't have been more helpful. Before buying the Kia we had looked at Ford Kuga, Kuga was OK but the local Ford dealership is a disaster ,indeed they virtually persuaded me not to buy a Ford !!. Then went Horwich, (Bolton)Kia Dealership, what a difference. The sales staff were very professional, and couldn't have done more to inspire confidence in our new purchase. We would certainly use this dealership again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
Just picked up our Kia Sportage sponsorship vehicle from Bolton Kia and as always the handover was seamless and we were well looked after. The vehicle is lovely and gives a fantastic impression and showcase of our business when driving around town. Really pleased to have a second vehicle from Kia Bolton.
Beware Bolton Kia when you have a problem, the big smiles will soon disappear. They advertised a Kia Sportage 2 new. When My daughter and I arrived they showed us a Kia1. When I pointed this out to the Salesman he called the sales manager who was reluctant to speak to us. When he eventually came over he said he had changed the price on the web page and He wasn't prepared to do anything about it. Not even discuss the subject. My daughter was upset with the arrogant attitude he showed, and even the salesman Chris was upset with his attitude . We went straight to Chorley Nissan and bought a Quashai. A good honest company

This is an appalling place! As with too many dealers, they are quick to sell you a car (they didn't even give me the correct price and put it up by £750), but when it comes to after-sales service they are lazy and misleading. I asked some very specific questions, have had to make to trips all the way from Liverpool, and still do not have any answers 5 weeks later. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Easiest money I ever spent, in fact it was less than I expected. Unlike any other car business they tell you more of what you get to your benefit than finding out that this is extra and that is extra. The business premises are welcoming and the staff really do intend to help and inform, not the usual sales patter that i got from EVERY other car dealer. Right upto leaving with the new car, they even take the trouble to drive with you to teh service department to introduce you as if one of the new family members. I wouldnt hesitate to buy my next car from Bolton Kia. VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have been dealing with Bolton Kia now for the last 5 years. I originally purchased my previous Kia car from another dealer outside the Bolton area, but experienced some minor issues with the car. I met one of the team from Bolton Kia in The Market Place and explained the situation and straight away they got me booked in. I have used the Kia service centre at Middlebrook for MOT's and servicing and found their service excellent. In June 2014 my husband needed a new car and our immediate thoughts were 'lets go to Kia Bolton'. Within a few hours he had purchased a Kia Rio and loves his car. When it came time to choose my new car this year, without hesitation it was a Kia and Tracy in the Business Fleet Support was a great help and made the whole experience completely stress free. I can't recommend Kia cars and their staff highly enough - I dont think I will ever swap to another brand ever again.
