We have used bolt-on towing twice to fix tow bars to 2 separate cars. The communication was good, we knew exactly when he would arrive, he was flexible and fit the tow bar at my workplace which was so convenient. He was very knowledgeable about his work and we were confident to follow his recommendations on the type most suitable for our purposes. Very impressed with this company. I have just had rear parking sensors and a tow bar fitted on my Ford Mondeo. They were very fast with a very polite service. Nowadays it is the exception rather than the rule when you receive good customer service. In the case of Roy from Bolt On Towing he provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He went out of his way to provide a solution to the fault with my caravan motor mover and he saved me hundreds of pounds. He kept me informed of progress throughout my dealings with him and discussed options in a friendly and informative manner. I will certainly use his services again and can highly recommend him.
