I am a 45 year old female and recently passed my driving test having failed twice before, third time was lucky with Henry Bagnall. Henry was always encouraging even at times, when Iʼm sure pulling his own teeth would have been less painful. He showed an immence amount of patience and his sense of humour helped a lot too. My daughter also learnt to drive with Henry at the age of 17, having left a previous instructor whom she was not happy with. She passed first time with flying colours. Mary
