Boiler died. After two no shows and a couple of outlandish quotes. I got in touch with Empire. Baz and Dave knew the assignment. Straightforward , no nonsense. Job priced well and carried out perfectly. More than comfortable leaving these lads alone in my home while I went about my day. Asked me to pay for the boiler and parts up front which initially made me twitch but don’t worry. Job was done and lads worked late to get it finished. 10/10

I contacted the team after reading other reviews that they had received and also noticed the high scores that they had obtained. They arrived on time and are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend using Empire gas and plumbing should you have an issue with your system. 10 out of 10!!

Needed a boiler service, gas safe check, radiator, and an extractor fan fitting, we got Baz and the lads over to do it, and i have to say it was an excellent experience.
Not only did they do the job on time, and as expected, they also did it with a smile on their face.
Great guys to work with. I will definitely be using them again.

I spoke with Baz, and he was honest and transparent on the phone, assuring us he would get in touch— which he did at a later date. He came to assess the job and provided us with a date for completion. Although another job ran over, he kept us updated. When he did arrive, he successfully completed all the work to a very high standard.

They guys quickly eliminated my suspicion that it is a pump failure. They proved to me that it is more likely to be the thermostat and control panel.
Pump would be a £150 part and would require skills beyond mine to replace. Replacement thermostat looks like it is a £40 EBay purchase and something I can do myself. Happy with that.
Cheerful, honest seeming fellas.

Baz and Dave were brilliant, they were polite and friendly,which put my wife at ease as she suffers with anxiety. They serviced our boiler doing a professional job and left everything as they found it. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. Very much appreciated
