I had a really positive experience at the practice. The two lovely ladies on reception were welcoming. The dentist is always great, professional and reassuring, and the dental nurse alongside them was equally kind and attentive throughout the appointment. The surgery itself was, modern and very clean, and the whole team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Professional service with such a warm atmosphere — highly recommend using the Great Harwood Practice x

I recently had dental implants done at synergy great harwood and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. from the very first consultation to the final result, every single member of the team was professional, caring and incredibly supportive. Dr Karim Rachidi is amazing - explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The nurses and reception staff were just as fantastic: always friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering dental implants or any dental treatment.

Excellent services had teeth whitening treatment Kelly was so supportive and really helpful I’m on my second time now whitening if teeth don’t get to a white enough level,
they send out more gels to continue the treatment.
Kelly kept in touch and made sure I got the outcome I needed.

Baz gave me a really great service. I gave him a call, told him the issue with my boiler. He came down to my house bang on time and rectified the problem.
His timekeeping skills are really good. He definately does get the job done.
He came down with his apprentice today and changed the part...all bang on...works like new again.
He even checked the boiler for me...all flue checks..hot water checks.
Most importantly, he did the gas safety check on the meter aswell

First visit to Dunkenhalgh hotel with my partner , lovely building and spa was amazing, a special thank to semoyal who made our stay memorable,showed us the old part of hotel and guided us to the room. Will visit again

Can not comment on the rooms but if they are like the spa area then 3 stars
While the staff that met us were friendly and accommodating in reception the spa area and changing rooms could do with an upgrade.
Rusty pipe work and grouting desperately need looking at and upgrading
The restaurant area looked nice but didn’t eat.
The facilities such as the steam rooms and sauna were nice and the pool area.
The chairs again could do with being upgraded
We had booked for a massage was mean to be 25 minutes the lady who did mine only spent 20 minutes as I checked my phone upon starting it was 11am and finished must of been before 11.20 as I lay there for a little bit then check my phone was short changed on the massage.
The relaxation room after the chairs you could tell where people had their heads lay on it they need washing regularly

Such an amazing building ,room was warm and comfy . Neil and Sam at the desk were really helpful and sorted out everything for us . Overall we had a wonderful stay .
