Great work from Baz. Came out to address the problem on short notice. Quickly identified what was wrong and ordered the replacement parts required. Was kept informed about when the new parts would be obtained and installed.
Came the next day and the work was completed. Gave a thorough run down on completion of additional steps I could take to avoid issues in the future. Great work and the professionalism was appreciated!
